Led the redesign and content migration of the Greater Shepparton City Council website, managing a project that touched every area of the organisation's digital presence. The scope included a full review of navigation architecture, interface design, typographic systems and a complete audit and rewrite of content to remove jargon and improve accessibility. A graphic symbol system was developed and implemented to improve wayfinding and user experience at scale. The project required careful coordination across multiple internal stakeholders and a clear editorial and design framework to maintain consistency throughout the migration.
